Contact details
When you get in touch, we use your name, email address, optional company details and message solely to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote. The legal basis is responding to your request and taking steps towards a possible agreement. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Forms and email
Without a connected form service, the form only opens an email draft on your device. Your details reach KI VISION only when you send that email yourself. Direct emails are processed through the email provider used by KI VISION.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained no longer than necessary for the enquiry, collaboration and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies and analytics
Your cookie preference is stored locally on your device for up to six months. Analytics are off by default. Google Analytics loads only when configured and you give consent. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings; the page then reloads and analytics cookies on this domain are removed. Google may process data outside the EEA.
External links
Instagram and WhatsApp open only when you click their links. Their own privacy policies then apply. We do not automatically load social feeds or tracking pixels. Fonts and placeholder photographs are hosted locally.
